This Christmas Holiday, we hosted our annual Christmas Party for children with diabetes (aged 11 years and under) and their families. It was wonderful to see so many families join us for some festive fun!

Hosted at North Petherton Rugby Club, the party started with a lively disco where everyone showed their best moves, and some Christmas crafts and colouring. The rugby club provided a festive feast which gave everyone a chance to practice their carb-counting while enjoying some Christmas food.

We then had a surprise visit from the main man himself… Santa! Every child there received a present and got to tell Santa their Christmas wish. Some families even managed to get a quick photo with him before he had to fly back to the North Pole.

Thank you to the Josh Evans Trust Fund and North Petherton Rugby Club for their help with hosting, organising and making the evening run so smoothly.

Also, a big thank you to Wheelers Transport and Cooper Associates Group for all their lovely donations that went towards making the party what it was.

Wishing everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
